Here is a plain look at what happens every month, what affects the cost and what you still need to do yourself.
What happens every month
Good social media management is more than putting up a random photo. For us it means real vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, backed by proper advertising.
When we work together, we follow a simple monthly routine:
- Planning: we plan the month’s content so every video has a clear purpose.
- The shoot: Anna, our client success manager, agrees the shoot day and time with you. Antonis, our founder and creative director, comes to your premises to direct and film. Usually one organised shoot a month gathers all the material we need.
- Editing: Antonis edits the vertical videos himself for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Captions and approvals: we prepare the posts, and Anna sends them to you for approval before anything goes live.
- Posting: once you approve, we post the videos for you.
- Ads: Costas, our brand and growth strategist, sets up and runs your campaigns.
- Reporting: you get one clear report every month, and Costas explains the results in plain words.

What drives the cost
Two things change the price of a monthly package: how many videos we film and edit for you, and which ad platforms we manage.
Making real social media video on location takes time and careful editing. A plan with four videos a month needs less filming and editing than a plan with twelve.
The second factor is advertising. Every package includes Facebook and Instagram ads run through Meta Ads Manager. Unlike simply boosting a post, Ads Manager gives us full campaign objectives, detailed targeting, remarketing to website visitors and ads we can edit. If you also want to appear on Google, adding Google Ads raises the monthly fee.
Our monthly packages and prices
We keep our prices open so you know the cost before we even speak. All our monthly packages exclude 24% VAT and run month to month, with no contracts:
- Launch, €290 a month: 4 videos plus Meta Ads management.
- Grow, €510 a month: 8 videos plus Meta Ads management.
- Scale, €700 a month: 12 videos plus Meta and Google Ads management.
- Thrive, €850 a month: 12 videos plus Meta and Google Ads, plus SEO Basic.
If you only want ad management, without video, we offer that for a fixed fee too. Meta Ads management is €90 a month for an ad budget up to €500, and €130 a month for €500 to €1,500. TikTok Ads management is €70 a month. Google Ads together with Meta costs €190 a month for a total budget up to €1,500, €260 for €1,500 to €3,000, and from €350 above €3,000. These prices also exclude 24% VAT.
How the ad budget works
When you work out your total monthly spend, remember that the ad budget is separate from our fee.
We charge a fixed fee for our work, never a percentage of your ad spend. You pay the ad budget directly to Meta, Google or TikTok with your own card. That way you always see exactly what goes to the platform and what comes to us. Our suggested minimum ad budget is €300 a month.
What you still do as the owner
We take over the filming, editing, posting and ads, but we still need you for two simple things.
First, you review and approve the videos and captions Anna sends you. You know your business best, so nothing goes out without your OK. Second, you answer customer messages, comments and calls. When someone asks about a price, a table or an appointment, that conversation belongs to you and your team.
Frequently asked questions
Will filming disturb our customers?
No. Anna agrees the shoot day and time with you in advance, so filming does not get in the way of your service or customers. If customers do not want to be on camera, Antonis films hands, products, the process, the space, your equipment and your team instead.
Do we have to sign a yearly contract?
No. We work month to month with no contracts. You stay with us because you are happy with the videos, the communication and the ads, not because a piece of paper says so. If you need to pause or stop, just let us know.
Can we run ads without a video package?
Yes. Meta Ads are part of every video package, but you can also hire Costas for ad management on its own. The fees are fixed and depend only on the platforms you use and the size of your monthly ad budget, starting at €70 for TikTok and €90 for Meta.
Why do you use Ads Manager instead of the Boost button?
Boosting a post gives you a short menu of goals and simple audience choices, and you cannot edit the text or video once it is boosted. Meta Ads Manager gives us full campaign objectives, detailed targeting and exclusions, remarketing, A/B tests and proper sales or lead tracking with the Meta Pixel.
