Cultivate is a digital agency based in Thessaloniki, Greece. We are the data controller for information collected through cultivate.gr. If you have any questions about your personal data, email us at hello@cultivate.gr.
Our contact form asks for your name, business name, email or phone number, business type and an optional message. You only share this when you choose to send the form.
If you accept cookies, we also record how visitors use the site: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device and browser type, and approximate region. This does not identify you by name.
When you send the form, your details are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. We use them only to reply to you and to manage our work together.
If you message us on WhatsApp or iMessage, or book a call through our Google Calendar page, that takes place on the service you chose and its own privacy policy also applies.
Website usage data helps us see which pages are useful and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Their cookies only run if you press "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you press "Reject", we store no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask on every page. You can change it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
We use Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Fonts and Calendar for bookings), Web3Forms (form delivery), Meta (WhatsApp) and Apple (iMessage). Some of these providers process data outside the European Union under the safeguards set by the GDPR.
Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
We keep your contact details for as long as needed to reply to you and manage our work together, or as required by law. Usage data in Google Analytics is deleted automatically after 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and object to its processing. Email us at hello@cultivate.gr. You can also make a complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
We may update this policy when we change how the site works. The date at the top shows the latest version.
