Pizzeria social media videos since 2022

31 October 2026

Running a busy restaurant takes everything you have. Your day goes into the kitchen and the dining room, making sure the food is good and the guests are looked after. By the end of service, nobody has the energy to think about filming or posting.

That is the reality for a busy pizza and pasta place like Michelangelo Pizza in Thessaloniki. Since 2022, our small team of four in Kordelio has looked after their social media videos and their posting.

Here is how we work together, what we film each month, and what you can take from this routine for your own food business.

A busy kitchen with no time to post

When you run a pizza and pasta place, the real work happens at the oven and the pass. You prep ingredients, manage orders and look after the tables. Social media easily falls to the bottom of the list.

You might take a quick video once in a while, or go weeks without sharing anything. Deciding what to post next becomes another chore on a long list.

That is where we come in, and have since 2022. You can see more about our work with Michelangelo Pizza on our site. The goal was simple: show the food and the craft online without taking the team away from the kitchen.

How we film and post every month

We keep the process simple and predictable. Usually we do one organised shoot a month, and Anna arranges the day with the restaurant so we never get in the way of a busy service.

On the day, Antonis visits with his camera. He does not stage anything complicated. He films the real work in the kitchen: dough being stretched by hand, pizzas coming out of the oven and pasta being plated.

After the shoot, we edit the clips into short vertical videos for phones. Then, as part of our social media management, we post them on Instagram and TikTok on a steady schedule, so the restaurant never has to think about what to post next.

As they put it: “We’ve been working with Cultivate for a while now. They film, they post, and the place feels alive on social without us having to touch it.”

Why a steady routine beats one-off bursts

Many places try to fix their social media with a burst of effort. They post every day for a week, get tired and then stop for months. When a customer checks the page later, it looks quiet and forgotten.

Working together since 2022 has shown us the value of a calm, steady routine. When you post on a regular schedule, your profile always looks alive. Anyone checking your page sees recent videos of fresh food.

Over time, a library of good material builds up. You do not need a complicated plan: one organised shoot a month gives plenty of footage to keep Instagram and TikTok active week after week.

Frequently asked questions

How often do you visit the restaurant to film?

Usually one organised shoot a month. Anna arranges the day in advance so it fits around the kitchen’s routine. In that single visit, Antonis films enough dough stretching, oven work and plating to cover the whole month of short vertical videos.

What do your monthly packages cost?

Our packages start with Launch at €290 a month, which includes 4 videos plus Meta Ads. Grow is €510 a month with 8 videos plus Meta Ads. Prices exclude 24% VAT, and there are no hidden fees.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No, we work month to month with no contracts. We have worked with Michelangelo Pizza since 2022 on that same month-to-month basis. You also get one clear report every month, so you always know what we have done.

How much time does the restaurant team need to spend on this?

Almost none. You cook as you normally do while Antonis films in the kitchen once a month. After that, we edit the clips and post them on Instagram and TikTok on a steady schedule. You never have to open the apps or worry about what to post next.
