Usually one organised shoot a month gathers the material for all the month’s videos. Here is what happens step by step, so you know what to expect.
Before the shoot day
Everything starts with a free 30-minute call. We listen to what your business does and what you want to show. There are no contracts: we work month to month.
After that, Anna, our client success manager, becomes your main contact. She agrees the best shoot day and time with you. We pick a quiet moment, so filming does not disturb your service or your customers. We also put together a short plan of what we will film that month for your social media videos.
How to prepare for the camera
You do not need to change how your business runs. A few small steps before we arrive help us get the best material for your vertical Reels and TikTok videos:
- A clean, tidy space: clear away boxes, papers or clutter from the areas that will be on camera.
- Products or dishes: have ready the items, tools or dishes you want to show.
- Your team: let your staff know we are coming. If someone is happy to be on camera, neat work clothes help.
- Current offers: tell us about any seasonal item, service or offer you want to promote that month.
On the day
On the agreed day, Antonis, our founder and creative director, comes to your business with his own equipment. He directs and films the videos himself.
You do not need to close or stop working. Antonis works around your customers and your normal service, and he guides you where needed, so nobody feels awkward in front of the lens.
Many owners worry about their customers’ privacy. If customers do not want to be filmed, they are never in the shot. Instead, we film hands at work, your products, the process, your space, your equipment and your team. This shows the real side of your work and keeps everyone comfortable.
After the shoot
Once we have the clips for the month, we pack up and leave you to your day. Antonis edits all your TikTok and Reels videos himself. How many depends on the monthly package you choose, from Launch at €290 for four videos up to Scale at €700 and Thrive at €850 for twelve, all excluding 24% VAT.
When the edits are ready, Anna sends them to you for approval. Nothing goes online until you are happy with it. After you approve, we post the videos, and Costas, our brand and growth strategist, runs your Meta, Google or TikTok ads. At the end of the month you get one clear report, and Costas explains the results in plain words.

Do I need to close my business during the shoot?
No. Anna agrees a quiet day and time with you beforehand, and on the day Antonis works around your normal service and your customers. We want to film how your business naturally works, without getting in the way of your routine or your takings.
What if my customers or staff do not want to be on camera?
We respect everyone’s privacy. Customers who do not want to be filmed are never in the shot, and the same goes for staff who feel shy. Good vertical videos do not need people talking to camera. We can focus on working hands, the products, the preparation, the equipment and the details of your space.
How often will you need to visit for filming?
Usually one organised shoot a month gathers everything we need for the month’s videos. Whether you are on Launch with four videos, Grow with eight videos at €510 excluding VAT, or a twelve-video plan, we plan the shoot carefully so we capture everything in that one visit.
Will I see the videos before you post them?
Yes, you always have the final say. After Antonis edits the videos, Anna sends them to you for approval. You check everything and tell us if anything needs changing. We only publish the videos and start the ads after you give us the green light.
