How many videos a month does your business need?

31 October 2026

When you start looking at video for your business, the first question is usually how many videos a month you actually need. It is tempting to think more is always better. In reality, the right number depends on what happens in your business each week and what you can comfortably keep doing.

We are a team of four in Kordelio, Thessaloniki. When we talk to owners, we do not promise to go viral or beat an algorithm. We look at practical things: how many services or products you have to show, how your ads will use the footage, and your total monthly budget.

Every video we make is vertical, for TikTok and Reels. Whether you choose four, eight or twelve videos, we gather the material in one organised shoot a month. Here is a simple guide to picking your starting point.

When four videos a month is enough

Four videos a month is about one a week. This is our Launch package at €290 a month, excluding 24% VAT, which also includes Meta Ads management.

Four is a good fit if you are just starting out with social media video, or if you have one clear service or product to show. You do not need twelve ways to say the same thing if your core work stays the same all year.

Four videos also gives Costas, who runs our ads, enough material to set up and rotate your campaigns. A steady four every month is better for your business than twelve in one month and nothing for the next two. Consistency matters more than volume.

When eight or twelve make more sense

Some businesses simply have more going on. If you have several things to show, four videos may feel tight. Compare our monthly packages based on how much your work changes:

To decide between four, eight and twelve, look at these points:

How one monthly shoot covers every package

A common worry is that twelve videos means twelve days of disruption. We do not work that way. Whether you are on four, eight or twelve videos, we usually gather the material in one organised shoot a month.

Before we arrive, Anna agrees the day and time with you, so filming does not disturb your service or customers. On the day, Antonis, our founder and creative director, comes to your business. He directs, films and later edits all the videos himself.

When the edits are ready, Anna sends them to you for approval as part of our social media management. Then Costas runs the ads and sends one clear monthly report, explaining the results in plain words. Because we work month to month with no contracts, you can start with four videos and move up to eight or twelve later, or step back down in a quieter season.

Frequently asked questions

Can we change our package if four videos is not enough?

Yes. We work month to month with no contracts. You can start with Launch at four videos a month to get used to filming. If you then find you have more to show, you can move up to eight or twelve videos the following month, or back down when you need to.

Does filming twelve videos take much longer than four?

It still happens in one organised shoot a month. Anna plans the schedule with you beforehand, so everything is ready when Antonis arrives. With a clear plan for the twelve topics, Antonis can film all the clips in a single visit without getting in the way of your staff or customers.

Is the ad budget included in the package price?

No, the ad budget is separate. Our prices, from €290 to €850 excluding 24% VAT, cover the filming, editing and management work. You pay the ad budget directly to Meta, Google or TikTok with your own card. We suggest at least €300 a month so Costas can run the ads properly.

Who decides what to film each month?

We plan that together before the shoot day. Antonis directs the videos at your place, so you do not need to act or write scripts. Anna organises the day and time with you and sends every video for your approval before anything goes live.
